Panagiotis Chinis was born in Athens in 1991. He studied at the Department of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been practicing law since 2014, specializing in civil, commercial and administrative law cases.

He studied at the Department of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been practicing law since 2014, specializing in civil, commercial and administrative law cases. He is a graduate of the Master of Laws in “Law, Technology and Economics” of the Department of Public Administration of Panteion University. Since 2019, he has served as legal advisor to the Minister of Culture. During the period 2021-2023, he served as Director of the Private Office of the Minister of Culture, Lina Mendoni.
