The aim of the foundation is to promote Greek literature in Greece and abroad and to highlight the book as an educational, cultural and entertainment medium.
BOARD MEMBERS

Nikos Bakounakis was born in Patras in 1956. He graduated from the Athens Law School and the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris.

Panagiotis Kapos is a Doctor of Philosophy (Panteion University, Department of Communication, Media and Culture).

Dr Konstantinos Bouras was born in Kalamata, a town in the Peloponnese region of Greece, in 1962. He has studied Mechanical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens.

Panagiotis Chinis was born in Athens in 1991. He studied at the Department of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has been practicing law since 2014, specializing in civil, commercial and administrative law cases.

Nikolaos Em. Karapidakis (Heraklion, Crete 1955) is Professor Emeritus of the Ionian University. He holds a degree in Classical Philology (University of Strasbourg 1978). Archivist and palaeographer (graduate of the Ecole nationale des chartes 1982) and a Doctor of History (University of Sorbonne, 1988).

Argyris Kastaniotis is director general and head of digital strategy at Kastaniotis Editions. He studied publishing production and management in London (BSc Hons Graphic Media Studies, PGDip New Media Production).

Anthi holds PhD on LIS, master’s degree on the Management of Cultural Organizations and Bachelor on Political sciences.

Olga Kliamaki was born in Athens in 1966. She studied at the Democritus University of Trace School of Law and holds a master degree in Public International and European Law of Panteion University in Athens.

I was born in Siena, Italy (1974), and I have studied Graphic Design, Journalism and Theatre. Between 1999 and 2008, i was involved in the publishing of newspapers and magazines.

George Mouroutis is a Publisher and Journalist. He was born in Athens in 1972, graduated from Athens College and studied Marketing Management, History and Archaeology and holds a Master's degree in Political Science.

Chrysa E. Nikolaou has been appointed Director General of the National Library of Greece. She is an Archivist, Librarian, and Museologist, and a graduate of the Ionian University with postgraduate studies in Cultural Organisations Management.

Sissy Papathanassiou is a historian, essayist, dramatist and translator. She has studied Law, Theatre and Cinema in Greece.

Antonis D. Skiathas was born in Athens, and lives in Patras, Greece. He studied chemical engineering and creative writing at Master’s level.

Ioanna Tsivacou is Emeritus Professor of the Panteion University of Athens.She was born in Athens and participated as a student in the student movement of 1960.
