
Dimitra Kotoula (1974) is the author of four poetry collections. Her poems, essays and translations, mainly of the contemporary American female poets Louise Glück (Nobel 2020), Jorie Graham and Sharon Olds, feature widely in renowned European and US literary journals. She was the recipient of the prestigious in Greece Chartis award. Selected poems of her have been translated in thirteen languages. In 2023 an anthology of her poetry has been published in the US, translated by Maria Nazos, with an introduction by A.S. Stallings. The book was reviewed by the TLS and listed for the Runciman award as well as in the recommendations of the Poetry Society of America.
